Introduction

This role is pivotal in expanding our network of trusted agents who will bring AmarthaLink’s innovative financial services to underserved communities. The successful candidate will combine strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for financial inclusion to achieve aggressive acquisition targets while fostering lasting relationships with agents.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new AmarthaLink agents in South Bengkulu, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
- Conduct on‑site and virtual presentations to educate prospective agents about the benefits, features, and operational procedures of the AmarthaLink platform.
- Develop and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with existing agents to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and smooth daily operations.
- Provide hands‑on training and ongoing support on system usage, product offerings, compliance requirements, and best‑practice sales techniques.
- Monitor agents’ transaction volumes and performance metrics, offering corrective guidance to maintain optimal activity levels.
- Analyze market potential, competitor activity, and demographic trends to formulate strategic plans for agent network expansion in the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit regular reports detailing acquisition progress, agent performance, market insights, and any challenges encountered.
- Collaborate closely with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to relay field feedback and help refine service offerings.
- Maintain a well‑organized schedule of field visits, ensuring timely coverage of all target locations while adhering to safety and travel protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or equivalent.
- At least 12 months of proven experience in acquisition sales within PPOB, SaaS, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and building a pipeline of new business partners.
- Deep familiarity with the South Bengkulu market, including local business customs and key stakeholder networks.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C license for field travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication etiquette, persuasive selling ability, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Willingness to work on‑site Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional weekend or evening engagements as needed.
