Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Public Health Analyst with strong data analysis expertise to join our multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate public health data from hospitals, clinics, and community surveys.
- Perform statistical analyses using software such as SPSS, R, or Python to identify trends, risk factors, and health outcomes.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and visual dashboards for stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and internal leadership.
- Assist in designing and evaluating health programs, ensuring that interventions are data‑driven and aligned with regional health priorities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret findings, develop recommendations, and support policy formulation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of methodologies, data sources, and analytical procedures for audit and reproducibility.

- Stay updated on emerging public health trends, data analytics tools, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Public Health, Health Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
- Female candidates only; maximum age 35 years.
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) for health professionals.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data‑analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python).
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, both written and verbal.
- Integrity, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of professional experience.
