We are seeking a dedicated Anggota Tim Operasional to join our dynamic team in Bantul. Responsibilities
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory checks, and store sanitation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
- Support the sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to receive, verify, and store incoming shipments.
- Handle basic customer inquiries, provide information about products, and resolve minor issues with professionalism.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, and generate daily sales reports.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and visual merchandising plans.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, work hours, and submitted documentation.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific location).
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum).
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.

- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
