Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure dining areas, ensuring that all guests adhere to safety and conduct policies.
- Provide courteous assistance to patrons, answering queries and guiding them to their seats.
- Conduct regular patrols of the restaurant floor, kitchen entrances, and service corridors during both day and night shifts.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to manage crowd flow during peak hours.
- Report any incidents, suspicious activities, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and protective barriers as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of shift activities, incident reports, and any guest feedback related to security.
- Support emergency response procedures, including evacuation drills and first‑aid assistance.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, presenting a positive image of the establishment at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: 18 to 28 years old.
- Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, security, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including both daytime (08:00‑17:00) and nighttime schedules.
- Key Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, basic food and beverage service knowledge, vigilance, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Physical Ability: Must be capable of standing for extended periods and performing occasional light lifting.
- Integrity: A clean background check and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
