Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Waitstaff – Food & Beverage Service to join our dynamic opening team. As a senior member of the service crew, you will set the standard for professionalism, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while helping to launch our new outlet.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide accurate information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take orders efficiently, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Monitor dining room flow, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to any special requests.
- Train and mentor junior crew members, demonstrating proper service techniques and standards.
- Assist in setting up the dining area for opening day, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, and balance the register at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and resolve any service issues.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of food and cleaning protocols.
- Contribute ideas for menu presentation, service improvements, and guest experience enhancements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Key Personal Traits:
- Honesty and reliability – a non‑negotiable foundation.

- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
