The role focuses on ensuring that our Sortation Centers (SOC) and Hub facilities consistently meet the highest standards of policy compliance, operational efficiency, and quality assurance. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine on‑site inspections at Sortation Centers and Shopee Express Hubs to verify adherence to established policies, SOPs, and workflow procedures.
- Evaluate operational compliance against a detailed Standard Assessment Checklist, documenting deviations and root‑cause analysis.
- Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, presenting actionable recommendations to facility managers and senior leadership.
- Prepare concise inspection reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, highlighting key findings, bottlenecks, and cost‑saving potentials.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Operations, Supply Chain, and IT—to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of logistics KPIs, metrics, and system flows to benchmark performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the development and refinement of quality assurance methodologies, ensuring they align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a mobile auditor, traveling to various sites within the Rumbai area on shift‑based schedules to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff on compliance standards and best practices, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in Quality Control, Assurance, or SOP compliance, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or e‑commerce environments.
- Strong familiarity with logistics KPIs, performance metrics, system workflows, and end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance methodologies, audit techniques, and continuous improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma or Lean.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining strong teamwork dynamics.
- Willingness to work mobile, including travel to multiple facilities and shift‑based hours (09:30‑18:30, Monday‑Friday).
