Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and espresso‑based beverages following standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace, including regular cleaning of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Engage with customers, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, seasonal drinks, and food pairings.
- Handle cash transactions, operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; alert management when re‑stocking is required.
- Train and mentor junior staff or new hires, fostering a collaborative team environment and reinforcing best practices.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, ensuring compliance with local hygiene standards.
- Participate in shift planning, including opening and closing procedures, and assist in scheduling when needed.
- Contribute ideas for new drink concepts, promotional events, and seasonal menu updates to keep the offering fresh and exciting.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, especially when acting as a shift supervisor (SPV), by managing workflow, resolving customer issues, and supporting team morale.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) or equivalent; high school (SMA) graduates are also considered.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for coffee culture.
- Leadership potential or experience as a shift supervisor (SPV) is highly valued.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required.
- Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Availability to commit full‑time and not be currently enrolled in any educational program.
- Basic barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk frothing, and drink presentation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when handling supplies.
