The successful candidate will represent our brand with professionalism, provide tailored beauty consultations, and drive sales through knowledgeable service and effective product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet every customer with a warm, friendly attitude; assess their beauty needs and recommend appropriate skincare, makeup, or fragrance products.
- Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Clearly explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage instructions; conduct live demos or trial applications to showcase performance.
- Sales Optimization: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets; employ upselling and cross‑selling techniques to increase basket size while maintaining customer trust.
- Visual Merchandising & Cleanliness: Arrange products on shelves and display tables to create an inviting atmosphere; ensure testers are sanitized, stocked, and presented attractively.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular stock checks, report low‑stock items, assist with stock‑taking (stock opname), and help coordinate restocking activities.
- Relationship Building: Follow up with repeat customers, maintain a client database, and nurture loyalty programs to encourage repeat purchases.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow advisors, store managers, and the visual team to achieve store objectives and maintain a cohesive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates, aged 18‑28 years.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong interest in beauty are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey complex product information in a clear, customer‑friendly manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic analytical ability to track personal sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a genuine passion for the cosmetics industry.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
