Introduction

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our mobile health team as Bidan, Perawat, dan Terapis Kesehatan Profesional. This role is ideal for women who have completed at least a high school or vocational education and are eager to bring quality health services directly to patients’ homes. Responsibilities

The core duties of this position blend clinical expertise with excellent customer service, ensuring that each patient receives personalized, high‑quality care in a comfortable setting. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Conducting home visits for prenatal, post‑natal, and general health assessments, following established clinical protocols.
  • Providing basic nursing care, wound dressing, medication administration, and health education to patients of all ages, with a focus on maternal and child health.
  • Performing therapeutic interventions, including physiotherapy exercises, rehabilitation guidance, and health promotion activities.
  • Documenting all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records and reporting any urgent medical concerns to supervising physicians.
  • Utilizing a personal vehicle and GPS navigation to travel safely and punctually to assigned locations, while maintaining a clean and well‑maintained vehicle.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, sharing observations, and participating in case discussions to improve overall care quality.
  • Adhering to infection control standards, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are sanitized before and after each visit.
  • Offering emotional support, counseling, and health education to patients and their families, fostering trust and encouraging compliance with treatment plans.

Requirements

Successful candidates will meet the following minimum qualifications and possess the essential soft skills needed for a mobile health environment.

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent (vocational) diploma.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum age limit as defined by company policy).
  • Gender: Female (as specified for this role).
  • Experience: Prior experience in midwifery, nursing, or health therapy is preferred, though entry‑level candidates with strong aptitude may be considered.
  • Transportation: Own a reliable vehicle and be proficient in using Google Maps or similar navigation apps.
  • Personal Attributes: Honesty, responsibility, punctuality, and a high degree of professionalism.
  • Shift Flexibility: Ability to work mobile schedules and select preferred shifts (including weekends).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently while maintaining teamwork spirit.
