Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and engaging information about Massindo’s furniture and bedding collections, highlighting unique features, materials, and benefits to customers.
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations and guide customers through the decision‑making process, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain showroom displays in pristine condition, arranging products for optimal visual impact and ensuring all promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, following up on inquiries and after‑sales service to foster loyalty.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to identify opportunities for product positioning and promotional activities.
- Collect and report sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to the sales manager, supporting strategic planning and inventory control.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and collaborate with the marketing team on in‑store events and campaigns.
- Adhere to the company’s scheduling requirements, working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Utilize personal transportation to reach assigned showroom locations and attend off‑site customer appointments as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) or similar retail role.
- Prior experience in the bedding or furniture sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards.
- Willingness to be placed at any of our showroom locations nationwide.
- Own reliable motor vehicle for commuting and client visits.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Analytical abilities to conduct competitor, market‑trend, and sales‑data analysis.
- Positive attitude, high level of self‑motivation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
