Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Petugas Remedial to join our Banjarnegara (Jawa Tengah) office. This full‑time position focuses on managing the collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R Overdue) and ensuring that all remediation activities are completed accurately and on schedule. The successful candidate will work closely with internal finance teams, external clients, and legal partners to protect the company’s cash flow while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track overdue loan accounts, identifying high‑risk portfolios and prioritizing collection actions.
- Initiate contact with borrowers through phone calls, emails, and letters to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as recovery rate and aging analysis.
- Coordinate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and assess the feasibility of restructuring proposals.
- Work closely with the legal department to initiate legal proceedings when necessary, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and loan management systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide timely feedback to the sales and marketing divisions on recurring delinquency trends to support risk mitigation strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions on credit risk management, negotiation techniques, and regulatory updates.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for collection activities to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Support ad‑hoc projects such as portfolio reviews, audit preparations, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any field; graduates from all majors are welcome.
- Male candidates only, as per the current posting.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, collections, or related financial services; fresh graduates with strong analytical abilities are also considered.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using credit management software, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and adapt to the local domicile for placement.
