Responsibilities
- Process all customer payments quickly and accurately using the POS system and the Accurate application.
- Operate cash registers, scanners, and other checkout equipment while adhering to company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized cashier area and ensure product displays remain tidy and well‑stocked.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, promotions, product availability, and store policies.
- Prepare and submit daily transaction reports, including cash reconciliation and sales summaries.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store guidelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory counts and shelf‑stocking during quieter periods to support overall store operations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling complementary items, contributing to store sales targets.
- Provide a courteous, positive shopping experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to excellent service.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve any issues that arise during the shift.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per current staffing policy).
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in operating cash register systems and familiarity with the Accurate accounting software.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
- Soft skills: problem‑solving, multitasking, teamwork, and a customer‑centric attitude.
