Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee‑based beverages, ensuring consistency, flavor balance, and visual appeal.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Engage with customers to recommend drinks, answer questions about menu items, and create a personalized experience.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, reporting low stock to the manager promptly.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision, performing routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline service flow during peak hours, reducing wait times and improving efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and industry trends.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders through POS systems, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Contribute ideas for menu development, promotional events, and customer loyalty programs.
- Uphold the brand’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and dedication to quality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a maximum of 0 years of age restriction (i.e., no upper age limit).

- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Skills: Demonstrated barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art basics.

- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
