Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Remedial Officer (Collection) to join our dynamic team in Aek Kanopan. This pivotal role focuses on managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and ensuring timely recovery of payments for our multifinance operations. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the company and its borrowers, applying strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to protect cash flow while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue A/R, guaranteeing that all payment reminders, notices, and escalations are executed on schedule.
- Conduct field visits to borrowers’ premises to negotiate repayment plans, verify information, and recover outstanding balances.
- Collaborate closely with branch managers to identify high‑risk accounts and develop targeted remediation strategies for problematic partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management, reporting progress and variances with clear, data‑driven insights.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular feedback to the credit underwriting team regarding recurring payment issues, helping refine risk‑assessment models and credit policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong analytical abilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in debt collection, credit monitoring, or related financial services is preferred.
- Age not exceeding 29 years and male gender as stipulated by the position’s regulatory framework.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation capabilities, integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Ability to work independently in the field and adapt to a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with placement based on domicile.
