Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Consultant Digital Marketing Senior to join our in‑house rental division. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic professional who thrives on promoting residential and commercial properties through innovative digital channels. The successful candidate will be based in the Bekasi area, preferably around Harapan Indah, and will play a pivotal part in driving occupancy rates for our portfolio of houses, shop‑houses (ruko), and land parcels.
The position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 2,000,000 – 3,500,000 per month, complemented by a monthly allowance and performance‑based commission on every unit successfully leased. Full‑time employment consists of an 8‑hour workday, with flexible scheduling details to be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants for rental properties.
- Manage and optimize online listings across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, OLX, and property‑specific portals.
- Produce compelling visual and written content—including photos, virtual tours, and copywriting—to showcase each unit’s unique selling points.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities within the Bekasi rental market.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless hand‑off from lead generation to lease signing.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and paid advertising to increase the visibility of property listings.
- Engage with potential tenants via phone, email, and messaging apps, providing timely information and scheduling property viewings.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click‑through rates, conversion rates, and occupancy percentages, reporting insights to senior management.
- Maintain a professional image while traveling on a motorbike or personal vehicle to meet clients and conduct site inspections.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas that enhance brand presence and tenant acquisition.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) / Vocational (SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing, real‑estate leasing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate data into actionable marketing tactics.
- Proficiency with social media management tools, graphic design basics, and Google Analytics.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, motorbike, and personal vehicle for site visits.
- Residency in Bekasi, preferably Harapan Indah or surrounding neighborhoods.
