Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven professional to join our team as Head of Branch Finance Administration at our West Jakarta (Grogol) location. This senior role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health, operational efficiency, and compliance of the branch. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical abilities, a strategic mindset, and proven leadership experience in finance and accounting within a fast‑paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve the branch’s Accounts Receivable (AR) performance, including AR days, collection rates, and reduction of bad debt.
- Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring that all receipts and disbursements align with the approved budget and internal policies.
- Review, validate, and reconcile the branch’s financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepare, analyze, and present detailed managerial reports that support senior leadership decision‑making.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Enforce adherence to up‑to‑date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct profitability and costing analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities and enhance margin performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Coordinate with corporate finance, audit, and external partners (e.g., banks, auditors) to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support strategic planning by providing financial insights for new product launches, branch expansion, and capital investment projects.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance; a professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or manager‑level finance/accounting role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, data visualization) and hands‑on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, influence cross‑functional stakeholders, and develop long‑term financial strategies.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong critical thinking, budgeting, and cost‑analysis capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Personal Attributes: High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Location: Based in West Jakarta – Grogol.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00.
