Responsibilities

- Craft compelling content for press releases, social media, newsletters, and on‑site signage, ensuring consistency in tone and brand voice.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors, overseeing the production of advertising materials, events, and digital assets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends in the hotel, mall, and lifestyle industries, translating insights into innovative campaign ideas.
- Coordinate and execute promotional events, grand openings, and tenant‑focused workshops, tracking ROI and post‑event performance.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of leasing agreements, mall operational procedures, and tenant regulations to ensure compliance in all communications.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, engagement rates, and lead generation, presenting findings to senior management.
- Foster a culture of honesty, loyalty, and open communication across cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar marketing communication role, preferably within the hotel, mall, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
- Male candidates only (as per company policy).
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities, with a track record of developing effective solutions under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to analyze tenant performance data and formulate strategic recommendations.
- In‑depth knowledge of leasing agreements, mall operational procedures, and tenant regulation compliance.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of honesty, loyalty, and professional integrity.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Educational background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong sales strategy mindset and the ability to translate marketing initiatives into measurable sales outcomes.
