Responsibilities
As a waiter, you will be the face of our establishment. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, repeat them back for confirmation, and input them into the POS system.
- Communicate special dietary requirements or allergy concerns to kitchen staff to ensure safe preparation.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking back regularly to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit cards, and provide correct change while maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel, bussers, and fellow waitstaff to coordinate smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, following proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to discuss service highlights, challenges, and improvements.
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting up dining areas, restocking supplies, and performing end‑of‑day cleaning.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all ages; no maximum age limit.

- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend or evening shifts as needed.
