Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of menu items, with a strong focus on wok‑based dishes and traditional Indonesian flavors.
- Manage the cooking station efficiently, ensuring all orders are completed on time and to specification during peak service hours.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and organization of the workstation, including proper storage of ingredients, sanitation of equipment, and adherence to food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff, including sous‑chefs and line cooks, to ensure smooth workflow and seamless communication during service.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and assist with ordering supplies to prevent shortages.
- Participate in daily prep work, such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and preparing sauces, to support a ready‑to‑cook environment.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 33 years or younger.

- At least 1 year of professional cooking experience, preferably in a busy F&B establishment.
- Proficiency with a large wok and strong understanding of stir‑fry techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume kitchen.
- Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
- Physical fitness to handle long standing periods and the demands of shift work.
- Reliable personal transportation and residence within reasonable distance to the workplace.
- Not currently enrolled in any educational program.
