Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store opening and closing procedures, ensuring that the premises are clean, organized, and ready for customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound merchandise, including receiving shipments, verifying quantities, and labeling items for proper storage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the store’s Management Information System (MIS) and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Support the sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging product displays, and monitoring product expiry dates.
- Provide courteous and prompt assistance to customers, answering questions about product availability and guiding them through the purchase process.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, track order status, and resolve any delivery issues that arise.
- Perform routine equipment checks, such as cash registers, barcode scanners, and safety devices, and report maintenance needs.
- Participate in regular team briefings, sharing insights and suggestions for improving operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and emergency procedures.
- Prepare daily activity reports, including sales figures, stock movements, and any incidents, for review by supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent certificate.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific location).
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible for qualified candidates).
- No prior work experience required; however, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with inventory or store management software.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 20 kg) as part of daily duties.
- Required documents: cover letter, updated CV, photocopies of the latest diploma, KTP, family card (KK), and a recent passport‑size photo.
