Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, taking orders accurately and addressing any special requests.

- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, baristas, and fellow crew members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments via POS systems, and issue receipts while safeguarding company assets.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables, report shortages, and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
- Adhere to shift schedules, arriving on time for both opening and closing duties, and completing end‑of‑day reports.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, safety protocols, and service techniques.
- Promote upselling opportunities by suggesting complementary items and special promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in food and beverage service or customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; friendly demeanor toward guests and colleagues.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash and operating point‑of‑sale systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or supplies as required.
