Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Officer Pemasaran Kredit (CMO) to join our growing team in Bandung. This entry‑level to mid‑level position offers the opportunity to work closely with dealers, borrowers, and internal stakeholders to drive credit marketing initiatives and support the company’s financing portfolio. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers and prospective borrowers to ensure a steady flow of credit applications.
- Prepare and organize all necessary documentation and data required for field surveys and credit assessments.
- Conduct on‑site credit feasibility surveys, verifying the legal authenticity of borrower documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Perform comprehensive credit analysis, evaluating repayment capacity, collateral quality, and risk indicators.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to present findings and recommend approval or rejection decisions.
- Monitor the performance of approved credit accounts, identifying early warning signs of delinquency and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist the marketing department in creating promotional material and campaigns aimed at increasing loan uptake among target segments.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry regulations, financing products, and best practices.
- Support senior management with ad‑hoc projects, such as market research, competitor analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in credit analysis or financial services.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client).
- Own a motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with dealers, borrowers, and internal teams.
- Excellent analytical abilities: detail‑oriented, critical thinker, diligent, persistent, loyal, and disciplined.
- High integrity and professional ethics; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of financing concepts, credit products, and regulatory environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or credit scoring systems is a plus.
