- Respond to customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary to ensure a positive resolution.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years old or younger; male candidates are preferred for this posting.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or a related customer‑service environment.
- Strong communication skills, honesty, and a high level of responsibility.
