Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive architectural working drawings—including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction details—based on guidance from senior architects and designers.
- Develop concept sketches into fully coordinated technical drawings ready for construction approval.
- Incorporate client and internal team feedback, performing timely revisions while maintaining drawing accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with 3‑D modeling, interior design, structural, and MEP teams to ensure the drawings reflect real‑world site conditions and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Prepare organized, presentation‑ready file sets that adhere to our studio’s naming conventions and documentation standards.
- Conduct quality checks to verify that all drawings comply with local building codes, technical standards, and project‑specific requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of tender packages and construction‑stage documentation, supporting the on‑site team during the build phase.
- Maintain a proactive approach to workflow efficiency, embracing rapid revision cycles and studio best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; preferably a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional drafting experience in an architectural firm. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Familiarity with SketchUp (advantageous).
- Basic knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape (plus).
- Understanding of architectural drawing standards, construction detailing, and basic building code requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organized work habits, and the ability to produce clean, precise drawings.
- Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset; capable of working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Preferred Extras:
- Experience with residential or commercial project drawings.
- Basic knowledge of structural and MEP systems (not mandatory but highly valued).
- Comfort with fast‑track revision processes and studio workflow tools.
