Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on residential, commercial, and industrial equipment.
- Execute general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC servicing, and basic mechanical repairs to ensure optimal site operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist senior engineers with the installation and commissioning of new systems, adhering to project schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate work logs, service reports, and inventory records for all materials and tools used.
- Observe and enforce strict safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—project managers, site supervisors, and contractors—to coordinate daily tasks and resolve on‑site issues efficiently.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency.
- Support emergency response efforts, providing rapid assistance during power outages or equipment failures.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; technical diplomas in electrical or mechanical engineering are a plus.
- At least 1 year of practical experience in electrical work, general maintenance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring standards, and safety codes.
- Familiarity with mechanical tools, hand and power equipment, and routine troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced field environment.
- Physical fitness to handle manual labor, lift up to 25 kg, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
