Working hours are Monday through Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing consistent daily schedules while allowing flexibility for other personal commitments. As a freelancer, you will be compensated on a per‑level basis, with clear pathways for career advancement and the opportunity to sign a formal contract as you progress to higher responsibility tiers.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments, verify documentation, and ensure that all items match purchase orders.
- Sort and categorize goods according to size, type, and destination zones within the warehouse.
- Perform accurate data entry into the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Load and unload pallets, cartons, and bulk items using manual techniques or assisted equipment, maintaining safety standards at all times.
- Conduct visual inspections for damaged or defective products and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and cycle‑count processes to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily processing targets and improve workflow efficiency.
- Follow company policies regarding personal protective equipment (PPE) and workplace safety.
- Provide feedback on process improvements and suggest ways to reduce handling time and errors.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels (high school diploma or higher is preferred but not mandatory).
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates must be physically capable of performing manual labor.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- Legal: Must possess a valid KTP (Indonesian identity card).
- Physical: Strong physical condition, able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management and sorting techniques.
- Soft Skills: Punctuality, reliability, good communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Availability: Willingness to work six‑day weeks with the possibility of weekend shifts.
