Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staf Administrasi General Affair to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the company’s vehicle fleet. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, providing a stable work environment with opportunities for professional growth within a forward‑thinking organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously monitor the condition of all company vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, maintenance activities, and asset status through systematic documentation.
  • Verify the completeness and legality of all vehicle documents, including registration, insurance, and inspection certificates.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and extend vehicle life cycles.
  • Coordinate the efficient allocation of operational vehicles, optimizing routes and usage to reduce fuel consumption and operational costs.
  • Conduct regular security checks to protect vehicle assets from theft, vandalism, or misuse.
  • Analyze vehicle usage data to identify trends, forecast maintenance needs, and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with mechanics, vendors, and internal departments to schedule repairs and procure necessary parts.
  • Generate innovative concepts for vehicle restoration projects and explore new ways to leverage the fleet for business growth.
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management on fleet performance, cost analysis, and compliance status.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: S1 in Management, Automotive Engineering, Transportation Management, Light Vehicle Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in automotive or vehicle inventory management is preferred.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of automotive fundamentals, including basic vehicle maintenance and repair concepts.
  • Proven ability to handle administrative tasks and maintain meticulous documentation.
  • Analytical mindset capable of assessing maintenance needs and optimizing fleet utilization.
  • Valid Indonesian driving licenses: SIM A (car) and SIM C (motorcycle).
  • Excellent driving skills with a clean record.
  • Male candidates (as specified by the client) with no upper age limit.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
