Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Promotor – Business Development Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team in the Sukabumi region. This role is pivotal in driving adoption of our partner’s payment application across various retail environments, including electronics stores, furniture outlets, and event venues. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer‑focused, and eager to achieve sales targets while representing the brand with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Approach potential customers and present the partner’s payment application as a convenient, secure method for purchasing goods.
  • Promote the full suite of company services, highlighting key benefits and differentiators to drive interest and adoption.
  • Provide comprehensive product information, answering queries and addressing concerns to build trust and confidence.
  • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable service package based on their specific needs and purchasing habits.
  • Achieve and exceed the sales targets set by management, tracking progress through daily and weekly reports.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that attracts and retains customer interest.
  • Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.
  • Coordinate with store managers and event coordinators to secure prime placement and visibility for promotional activities.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help refine marketing strategies and improve product offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open to fresh graduates; prior sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to work on‑site at designated locations throughout the Sukabumi area, including electronic and furniture stores, as well as event venues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service orientation.
  • Strong marketing and sales acumen, including the ability to close deals and meet quotas.
  • Professional, attractive, and enthusiastic personal presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
