Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our team in the Singkawang region of Kalimantan. Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to existing customers as well as prospect new accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and secure orders from channel distribution partners, ensuring accurate initial data collection and thorough verification of customer documentation.
  • Prepare, complete, and submit credit applications, coordinating with the finance department to expedite approvals.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, keeping dealers and customers informed of status updates and final decisions.
  • Communicate payment terms, due dates, and collection locations, providing clear guidance on any additional requirements the customer must fulfill.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay market intelligence, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and uncover upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting performance metrics and proposing strategies for achieving targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in any field.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old; however, recent graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within distribution or consumer goods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship management, and target‑driven selling techniques.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing market conditions.
