Responsibilities

- Manage inventory of raw materials, negotiate with suppliers, and control costs to meet budgetary goals.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of bakers, assistants, and support staff, ensuring clear role definitions and continuous skill development.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing departments to forecast demand, plan production runs, and support promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set measurable objectives, and provide constructive feedback to drive team excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, fire safety codes, and occupational safety standards.

- Work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends, to meet peak production periods and special events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; culinary or hospitality training is a plus.
- Proven experience in bakery operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey instructions clearly.
- Integrity, honesty, and a high level of responsibility in handling food products and team management.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
