We are seeking a dedicated Professional Waiter to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly with a warm smile, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a courteous manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
  • Provide detailed menu knowledge, including daily specials, ingredient information, and dietary accommodations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, resetting tables between seatings and ensuring all table settings meet the restaurant’s standards.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and support staff to coordinate service flow and handle peak‑hour demands efficiently.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly address any concerns, and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Process payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and issue receipts while adhering to company policies.
  • Participate in daily briefings, share feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking of supplies, and reporting any equipment issues to management.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a focus on professionalism and maturity.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome.
  • Appearance: Well‑groomed, neat, and presentable in accordance with the restaurant’s dress code.
  • Communication: Strong verbal skills, friendly demeanor, and the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Attitude: Positive, courteous, and adaptable, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues as well as independently when required.
  • Responsibility & Discipline: Punctual, reliable, and capable of managing tasks efficiently.
  • Experience: Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, though enthusiastic newcomers will also be considered.
  • Availability: Ready to start immediately and able to work the scheduled shift of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Key Skills: Proficiency in taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
