We are currently seeking a dedicated Karyawan Wanita Senior to join our Departemen Operasional. This full‑time position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of our stores, supporting logistics, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring all processes align with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate inventory management, including stock receipt, shelf placement, and periodic stock‑taking.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing on‑the‑job training and performance feedback.
- Utilize the Store Management System to track sales, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, monitor freight costs, and ensure timely restocking.
- Conduct regular audits of store cleanliness, safety standards, and merchandising displays.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue growth, and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company code of conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific role).
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- At least 0–2 years of relevant experience in retail or operational environments (fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong aptitude).
- Possession of a personal vehicle for commuting and occasional field tasks.
- Excellent honesty, responsibility, and work ethic.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications and a Store Management System.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
