Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Account Officer to join our dynamic team at the Samaturu branch. This role is pivotal in driving our partner acquisition strategy, conducting feasibility assessments, and ensuring timely collections from prospective partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, field‑oriented environment and possess a strong blend of communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive marketing outreach to identify and engage potential partners (Calon Mitra) across the Samaturu region.
- Perform detailed feasibility surveys, evaluating the financial, operational, and regulatory suitability of each prospect.
- Prepare and present partnership proposals, highlighting value propositions and aligning with company objectives.
- Manage the full billing cycle: issue invoices, follow up on payments, and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, survey results, and collection activities in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams—sales, finance, and legal—to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets while operating under pressure and adhering to strict timelines.
- Provide regular reports to branch management on market trends, partner pipeline health, and collection performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑33 years, inclusive of all genders.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and personal motor vehicle for field visits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Honesty, discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or collections is advantageous, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable working outdoors, navigating varied schedules, and handling target‑driven pressure.
- Proficiency with basic office software (MS Office, email) and willingness to learn CRM tools.
