Responsibilities
- Prepare, measure, and portion raw ingredients according to standardized recipes.
- Operate cooking equipment (stoves, ovens, steamers) safely and efficiently to produce menu items.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and optimal flavor.
- Assemble and package finished products for distribution to retail outlets or on‑site service.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, adhering to HACCP and local health regulations.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning, calibration, and minor maintenance tasks.
- Document production quantities, waste, and any deviations in the daily log.
- Assist in inventory checks, receiving shipments, and proper storage of perishable goods.
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify process improvements and reduce production bottlenecks.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 30 years (preference for candidates 25 years or younger).
- Gender: Male (as stipulated by the current operational needs).
- Experience: At least 1 year in food‑and‑beverage production, preferably with a focus on pasta or similar items.
- Physical condition: Good health, no visible tattoos, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Key skills: Strong attention to detail, basic administrative abilities for record‑keeping, and analytical mindset for troubleshooting production issues.
- Personal attributes: Punctual, team‑oriented, capable of following precise instructions, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
