Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Channeling to join our expanding network across East Java (Jawa Timur). Based in Nganjuk, the successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company’s product portfolio and both existing and prospective customers. This role is essential for driving revenue growth, managing credit applications, and ensuring a seamless experience for dealers and end‑users throughout the distribution channel.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively present and promote the company’s product range to existing customers and identify new prospects within assigned territories.
  • Secure orders from channel distribution partners, gather initial customer data, and complete all necessary documentation for credit applications.
  • Conduct thorough verification of customer information, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintain constant communication with dealers and customers, and convey approval or rejection decisions in a timely manner.
  • Provide customers with clear information on payment terms, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements related to their purchase.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to relay market insights and suggest improvements to product offerings.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to the development of sales strategies that align with corporate targets.
  • Travel within the assigned regions (Banyuwangi, Blitar, Bojonegoro, Gresik, Jember, Kediri, Kepanjen, Madiun, Malang, Mojokerto, Pamekasan, Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Probolinggo, Sidoarjo, Situbondo, Surabaya, Tuban, Tulungagung) to meet customers, conduct product demonstrations, and resolve any service issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Maximum age: 30 years, though we value competence and attitude above age.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within B2C channel distribution or credit‑based selling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in all business dealings.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and capable of managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Possession of a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
