Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach (canvassing, cold‑calling, and door‑to‑door visits) to acquire new business clients in the Semarang metropolitan area.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of digital payment solutions (QRIS, EDC) and funding products, tailoring presentations to the specific needs of merchants and small‑medium enterprises.
- Assist clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and compliance standards are met.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools, updating status reports daily and forecasting monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with product specialists, marketing, and operations teams to resolve client issues and optimize the sales process.
- Track transaction volumes, analyze adoption trends, and provide feedback to product development for continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher, preferably from a university with a strong accreditation.
- At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, retail banking, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and convey complex product concepts in simple terms.
