The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, contributing to a vibrant store atmosphere and ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently and with a smile. If you are communicative, honest, and able to thrive under pressure, we want you on our crew.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product information to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelving, displays, and checkout areas.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and report low‑stock situations to the store manager.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promote special offers or loyalty programs.
- Handle customer complaints or returns with professionalism, ensuring resolutions align with company policy.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, security checks, and preparation of daily reports.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
- Work effectively under peak‑hour pressure, maintaining composure and efficiency during busy periods.
- Support promotional events, seasonal sales, and community outreach initiatives organized by the outlet.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
