Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant and kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Develop and launch new culinary projects, from concept design to execution, aligning with market trends and company goals.
- Delegate tasks, mentor junior staff, and motivate the team to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and implement waste‑reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, conducting regular audits and corrective actions.
- Lead training programs on food safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting operational issues and resolving customer complaints.
- Plan and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage for peak business hours.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders, though the current posting emphasizes a female candidate aged up to 35 years.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Experience: Entry‑level candidates are welcome; however, a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Key Skills: Strong food & beverage management, leadership, delegation, and motivational abilities.

- Own reliable transportation for commuting to the Sidoarjo location.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
