Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, pour‑over, and cold brew, ensuring consistency and high quality with every cup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation, adhering to food safety and health regulations at all times.
- Operate and regularly calibrate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee‑making equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and ancillary supplies, notifying management of re‑order needs promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, offering product recommendations, and handling payments efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with fellow baristas, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations and swift service during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new brewing techniques, menu updates, and service standards to continuously improve skill set.
- Assist in the development of seasonal beverage menus, contributing creative ideas that reflect current coffee trends.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, descaling machines, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
- Uphold the brand’s “No Drama” culture by maintaining a positive attitude, resolving conflicts calmly, and fostering a supportive workplace atmosphere.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 28 years or younger.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is strongly preferred, though entry‑level candidates with a strong passion for coffee may be considered.
- Demonstrated good attitude, reliability, and a “no drama” mindset.
- Excellent teamwork skills; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse staff members.
- Basic barista competencies, including knowledge of coffee bean varieties, grinding ratios, extraction times, and milk frothing techniques.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for interacting with a broad customer base.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled shift: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
