Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and input daily sales transactions into the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Prepare and distribute regular sales reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance summaries for store management.
- Maintain inventory records, conduct periodic stock reconciliations, and coordinate with the purchasing department to reorder low‑stock items.
- Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges while upholding the store’s standards of service and professionalism.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to update promotional material, price tags, and visual merchandising displays.
- Ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift, and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Support the store manager in scheduling staff, tracking attendance, and handling payroll documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized administrative workspace, filing both digital and paper documents in accordance with company policy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in data handling, inventory control, and customer service, and propose practical solutions.
- Comply with health, safety, and security procedures, including emergency protocols and loss‑prevention measures.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) – candidates with SMK, SMA, D3, or S1 backgrounds are also considered.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with retail POS systems.
- Strong numerical ability and keen attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a courteous and honest demeanor.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude that reflects the brand’s image.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and adapt to occasional overtime during peak periods.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
