We are expanding our footprint in the North Sulawesi region and are looking for a motivated Area People Partner (APP) to join our team in Manado. This role is ideal for a dynamic HR generalist who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building relationships with both clients and employees, and possesses the strategic mindset needed to align talent initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement, to meet the staffing needs of multiple client accounts.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs, orientation sessions, and continuous training modules that enhance employee competencies and promote retention.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and performance‑management support to both internal staff and outsourced employees, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with client HR teams to diagnose and resolve workforce challenges, fostering a collaborative and positive employer‑employee relationship.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of outsourced personnel across all branch locations, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and regular feedback loops.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, oversee payroll administration, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations (DISNAKER) and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit required legal documentation, such as work permits, contracts, and statutory filings, in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular site visits and travel as needed to support client operations, assess workplace conditions, and implement HR initiatives on the ground.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights on talent trends, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; a diploma (D3) is also acceptable for candidates with extensive relevant experience.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within the staffing, outsourcing, or financing industry.
  • Gender: Male (as per client specification).
  • Core Skills: Strong recruitment expertise, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, leadership mindset, high emotional intelligence, and the capacity to build and maintain professional networks.
  • Technical Requirements: Familiarity with Indonesian labor law (DISNAKER), HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel regularly across the Manado area and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00, with occasional overtime during peak recruitment periods.
