Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff QA/QC – Pengendalian Mutu dan Jaminan Kualitas to join our dynamic electronics manufacturing team. This full‑time position works Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00 and offers the opportunity to contribute to product excellence in a fast‑growing, technology‑driven environment. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related electronic field, possesses at least one year of hands‑on QA/QC experience, and can communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming material inspections to verify compliance with technical specifications and supplier quality standards.
- Perform in‑process and final product testing using calibrated equipment, ensuring that all electronic assemblies meet performance and safety criteria.
- Document test results, non‑conformities, and corrective actions in the company’s quality management system (QMS).
- Collaborate with production engineers to develop and update inspection plans, work instructions, and sampling procedures.
- Lead root‑cause investigations for defects, prepare detailed reports, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and demonstrating compliance with ISO 9001 and industry‑specific standards.
- Train line operators and new QA/QC staff on proper inspection techniques, data recording, and safety protocols.
- Monitor key quality metrics (e.g., DPPM, yield, first‑pass rate) and present trend analysis to management.
- Maintain calibration schedules for measurement tools and ensure traceability of all equipment.
- Facilitate communication between suppliers, production, and engineering to resolve quality issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in QA/QC within an electronics manufacturing setting.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written, to interact with multinational teams and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear instructions and presenting findings to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with statistical tools (e.g., SPC, Minitab) and familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IPC‑A‑610, and IEC 61000.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime during peak production periods.
