Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Pengelola Barang Jadi dan Persediaan to join our dynamic logistics team. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the storage, accurate recording, and timely dispatch of finished goods, ensuring that our supply chain remains smooth, efficient, and responsive to customer demands. The successful candidate will work closely with production, quality control, and distribution departments to guarantee that inventory levels are optimal and that all shipments are prepared according to schedule.
Responsibilities
- Receive finished goods from the production floor immediately after Quality Control release, verifying quantities and condition.
- Organize the storage area using an efficient layout that maximizes space utilization while maintaining safety standards.
- Process outbound shipments by matching items to the appropriate Delivery Order (DO) and preparing goods for loading.
- Maintain real‑time stock accuracy through diligent data entry and regular updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP.
- Conduct periodic stock‑taking (stock opname) and perform reconciliation to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Apply FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) or FEFO (First‑Expired‑First‑Out) principles to all product categories, especially for time‑sensitive or perishable items.
- Coordinate loading schedules with the distribution team, ensuring that trucks are dispatched on time and that documentation is complete.
- Prepare daily and weekly stock reports, highlighting key metrics such as turnover rates, variance analysis, and capacity utilization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting layout changes, process automation, or technology upgrades that enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling of pallets, cartons, and hazardous materials when applicable.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a finished‑goods warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO inventory methods and overall stock management principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, stock tracking, and report generation; comfortable working with data‑driven processes.
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy cartons, pallets, and occasional forklift operation.
- Highly detail‑oriented, disciplined, and trustworthy with a strong sense of accountability.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Valuable add‑ons: SIO forklift certification, experience in chemical or FMCG warehouse settings, familiarity with barcode scanning, WMS, and ERP systems such as Odoo.
