Responsibilities

  • Set up and dismantle sporting equipment, including racks, nets, and goal posts, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with event managers to verify that all required gear is available, functional, and positioned correctly before each competition.
  • Act as a referee or assistant referee during matches, enforcing rules, maintaining fair play, and handling on‑field disputes calmly and impartially.
  • Maintain accurate score sheets, timekeeping records, and incident reports for each event.
  • Assist athletes and coaches with equipment adjustments, providing clear instructions and support as needed.
  • Perform routine inspections of the venue to identify and address potential hazards, ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
  • Communicate effectively with security personnel, medical staff, and volunteers to coordinate seamless event operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to spectators, answering questions about schedules, seating, and facilities.
  • Participate in post‑event debriefs to evaluate performance, suggest improvements, and document lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Must be 27 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders; however, the position specifically requests female candidates who present a polished and attractive appearance.
  • No prior experience required; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of sports rules and the ability to learn officiating guidelines quickly.
  • Physical stamina to lift equipment, stand for extended periods, and move quickly around the venue.
  • Proficiency in using a simple store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) for inventory tracking.
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
