Responsibilities

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure any special requests are communicated clearly.
  • Serve dishes and drinks according to the restaurant’s standards, checking for correct presentation and temperature.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and daily specials, to answer guest inquiries confidently.
  • Monitor table conditions, refill beverages, clear plates, and anticipate additional guest needs without being asked.
  • Process payments efficiently using POS systems, handle cash transactions, and issue receipts accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper sanitization of workstations and dining areas.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift debriefs, and ongoing training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
  • Uphold the establishment’s brand standards by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (as per current operational policy).
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Marital status: Unmarried, reflecting the shift‑based scheduling needs.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: honest, disciplined, and highly responsible.
  • Excellent verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in food and beverage service techniques, with a willingness to learn advanced skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely.
