Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing & Sales Manager to join our growing team in Semarang. This pivotal role will lead the effort to expand our presence in the pre‑owned automotive market, develop strong relationships with dealers and customers, and consistently achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a solid background in automotive sales, insurance, or FMCG, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct regular visits to pre‑owned car dealers across the Semarang region.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with dealer partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify new market opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and propose actionable plans to capture additional market share.
  • Lead the follow‑up process after dealer visits, including handling objections, providing product information, and closing sales.
  • Prepare detailed visit reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, digital advertising, and dealer‑centric events.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, pricing structures, and financing options to ensure alignment with market demand.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards throughout all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates with a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) and strong relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the automotive sector, insurance, or FMCG industry.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Strong analytical skills for market analysis and sales reporting.
    • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, results‑oriented, highly motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the Semarang area and visit dealer locations daily.
  • Availability: Immediate start is preferred.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
