Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is expanding its collection team at the Muara Sabak branch. We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Collector Penagihan to join our dynamic workforce. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts (A/R Overdue) while upholding the company’s reputation for integrity and customer service. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00, in a collaborative office environment that values professionalism, continuous learning, and results‑driven performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collection activities for overdue accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and recovery targets are achieved.
- Conduct systematic follow‑up calls, emails, and onsite visits to delinquent borrowers, employing effective negotiation techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection interactions in the company’s CRM system, updating payment statuses and client notes promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the credit analysis and sales teams to understand loan terms, repayment schedules, and any restructuring options.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management, highlighting trends, risk exposures, and actionable insights.
- Identify early warning signals of potential defaults and propose preventive measures to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the collection process.
- Participate in regular training sessions on credit risk, negotiation skills, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates, maximum age 29 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit collection, loan recovery, or a related finance role; experience in multifinance is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, and debt recovery techniques.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira branch that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
