Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the West Java region. This pivotal role will be based in the upcoming national capital, Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), and will focus on expanding our presence in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will combine solid industry experience with a passion for building lasting client relationships, driving revenue growth, and mentoring a high‑performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the West Java market, aligning with corporate objectives and regional market dynamics.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, and related hospitality service providers.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance targets and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and product positioning.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance departments to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns and contract negotiations.
  • Travel regularly throughout the region, including site visits to client locations, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of proven experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
  • Hardworking, detail‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) and preferably currently residing in Kalimantan.
  • Immediate availability to join the team.
