Responsibilities
- Develop and publish high‑quality, authentic content (reviews, unboxing videos, product recommendations, reels, stories, and short‑form clips) that showcases assigned products and drives traffic to affiliate links.
- Integrate affiliate URLs, promo codes, or referral tags seamlessly into each piece of content while complying with platform disclosure guidelines.
- Engage with the community by responding promptly to comments, direct messages, and inquiries, providing product information and building trust.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content calendars with ongoing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Track performance metrics (click‑through rates, conversion rates, follower growth, engagement ratios) and report insights weekly to optimize future content strategies.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule that meets the agreed‑upon targets and quality standards.
- Assist in brainstorming new affiliate initiatives, such as giveaways, live‑shopping events, and collaborative challenges with other creators.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and community standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 20‑30 years (flexible within this range).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Active personal accounts on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook with a demonstrable follower base (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey product benefits clearly.
- Self‑disciplined, reliable, and capable of meeting regular content deadlines.
- Own a smartphone with a high‑resolution camera and reliable internet connectivity.
- Prior experience with affiliate programs is advantageous but not mandatory.
