Responsibilities

  • Record Financial Transactions: Accurately log all incoming and outgoing cash movements, input data into the accounting system, and maintain up‑to‑date transaction logs.
  • Document Management: Archive invoices, receipts, payment proofs, and other financial documents in an organized filing system, ensuring quick retrieval for audits or internal reviews.
  • Prepare Simple Financial Reports: Generate daily cash‑in and cash‑out summaries, assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, and provide basic variance analysis for management.
  • Process Payments: Compile vendor payment batches, verify invoice accuracy against purchase orders, and coordinate timely disbursements to suppliers.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Match recorded transactions with bank statements, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in collaboration with the accounting team.
  • Support Tax Administration: Gather required documentation for periodic tax filings, help prepare supporting schedules, and liaise with external tax consultants as needed.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Communicate financial data and requirements to accounting, purchasing, and management teams, ensuring alignment on budgets and cash flow forecasts.
  • Deadline Management: Prioritize tasks to meet strict reporting cycles, month‑end close dates, and vendor payment schedules.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; preferably a background in Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, or Administration.
  • Gender preference: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in finance or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, data aggregation, and report generation.
